Text Box: Posted 10/1/2009 CNC Boring Mill Operator Primary Functions/skills: Setup, program and operate CNC horizontal boring mill with Mitsubishi Meldis 300 control Ability to read and interpret blueprints Basic machining and tooling knowledge required G-code programming required Mastercam knowledge helpful Trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills CNC Operator Primary Functions/skills: Setup, program and operate a CNC VTL or Mazak mill Familiar with M2, M32, M+ and/or fusion controls Program with Griffo Brothers off-line software helpful but not required Ability to read and interpret blueprints Basic machining and tooling knowledge required G-code programming required Mastercam knowledge helpful Trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills General Laborer Primary Functions/skills Various duties throughout the shop including but not limited to deburring, tapping, polishing, painting, preparations and general labor Ability to follow directions and read blueprints (helpful) Willingness to learn and perform the same tasks daily Some shop experience required
